We’re looking for a Senior IT Procurement & Asset Management Analyst in the United States or Canada. This position is eligible for a Remote work arrangement. 

The Opportunity:

The Senior IT Procurement & Asset Management Analyst will focus on assisting Procurement Managers in driving savings, providing analysis, and managing category performance of several indirect IT categories. Key activities include: conducting analytics, managing leased hardware and invoices, managing vendor budgets, and utilizing a P2P (Procure-to-pay) system. Key skills/experience: project management and strong analytics.

In this role you’ll:

  •          Responsible for analysis of category spend and assisting in managing categories globally to drive savings, process improvement and meet key performance indictators for category, including compliance and monitoring of contracts in alignment with IAA policies
  •          Managing quarterly budget reviews for leased hardware and reconciling variances.
  •          Lease negotiations with vendors.
  •          Managing contract renewals and purchase orders.
  •          Maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizations including local, regional and corporate leadership; understand their unique needs and ensure category strategy addresses/meets their needs
  •          Support and maintain Procurement policies and processes, including improving vendor payment terms, contract management, driving sustainability initiatives and managing vendors
  •          Draft and review contracts with vendors including SOW’s, MSA’s and addendums
  •          Cross functionally operate with legal, finance and operations to ensure IAA policies and best practies are followed
  •          Establishes strong relationships with vendors, facilitates communication, and works to ensure products or services provided meet IAA requirements 

Here’s what you bring:

  •          Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Operations or related field preferred
  •          Full-time experience in vendor analytics, strategic sourcing initiatives, buying, negotiations, company expense analysis and strategic sourcing activities for an organization (public or private)
  •          Ability to work independantly and be proactive operating successfully across multiple groups and levels in the organization
  •          Experience supporting the management of indirect procurement categories and utilizing a strategic sourcing process
  •          Strong financial and analytical skills
  •          Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
  •          Makes decisions with integrity that align with organizations code of conduct and financial best interest
  •          Experience in contract principles and procedures
  •          Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  •          Strong administrative skills and basic project management experience
  •          Excellent written and communication skills
  •          Indirect strategic sourcing experience (preferred)
