We’re looking for a Inspection Report Coordinator. This position is eligible for a Remote work arrangement and will support the business during West Coast hours.

The Opportunity:

The Inspection Report Coordinator responsibilities include providing final review and posting of inspection reports prepared by field inspectors that have been uploaded into the IronPlanet Inspection Report system. Inspection Report Coordinators must prepare listings for public viewing with in depth quality and content accuracy. The role requires the ability to professionally communicate with field inspectors, sales staff, and alternate internal departments for effective sale management of independent listings. Additional job responsibilities specific to the senior level role include the creation and implementation of inspection training documentation, training and mentorship of junior staffers & the expertise to perform field inspections and/or alternate job roles.

In this role you’ll:

  • Evaluate the accuracy and quality of each inspection report by reviewing inspection checklist ratings, comments, videos, photographs & fluid sample results. Assure listings categories and descriptions are aligned to company/industry standards for effective search and customer identification.
  • Verify key equipment data (serial number / VIN, hours / miles, machine-level and / or emission-related certifications, fluid sample data, etc.) for typos or other inaccuracies. Ensure that “wordsmithing” of comments and other text is consistent and professional across reports.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for inspection related support to regional sales territories.
  • Communicate with field inspectors and set daily priorities for junior staffers to promote effective quality control processing.
  • Develop training content, expand operational work capacity and execute alternative tasks as needed.
  • Perform field inspections & provide developmental input for enhanced inspection products.
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here’s what you bring:

  • High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Accreditations to support industry specific experience are a plus.
  • 4+ years of industry specific or on the job experience within IronPlanet Inspection Services.

This job will require you to:

  • Daily prioritization for effective sale processing
  • Inspection inventory management and processing efficiency techniques
  • Measuring quality of field inspectors for follow up training and support
  • Navigate technical support for field inspector and inspection application issues
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve quality control issues
  • Actively compare inspection checklist photos with ratings and comments for accuracy and consistency
  • Provide technical support and path resolution to inspectors that experience inspection app complications
  • Navigate unique sale and product integration features
